Seeking property manager to oversee two apartment buildings in Lakewood. Duties include painting and common space maintenance, taking tenant calls and processing repair requests, preparing apartments for inspections and communicating with owner/rental broker regularly. Must be organized and responsible.
Property Manager must live in an apartment in one of the buildings (rent-free, plus utilities and cell phone paid).
